What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when you book. If your flight changes, tell us on WhatsApp and we update your booking with the local team.
How do I find my greeter?
Your confirmation has the exact meeting point and your greeter's contact details. They hold a sign with your name.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Enter the traveller's name and phone number so the greeter can reach them; you keep the booking in your account.
